Unified Women's Sports Day
Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy organizes the 3rd edition of the Unified Women's Sports Day, in cooperation with the Special Olympics UAE.
The event is under the patronage of H.H. Shaikha Fatima Bint Hazza Bin Zayed, Chairwoman of the Board of FBMA, and Chairwoman of the Abu Dhabi and the Al Ain Ladies Clubs; and it represents a platform that brings together ladies to compete in a friendly manner, in terms of tolerance, integration & cooperation among diverse society groups & most importantly providing a festive atmosphere for Women & Girls of Determination to empower them, all in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership of the Mother of the Nation. These steps are foreseen withing a plan to increase competence of the Emirati Women of Determination’s sports integration in unified sports events. The door is open for the participation of women of all age groups and nationalities in the event, aligning with the month of raising awareness of breast cancer’s dangers and its prevention methods.
This includes: Basketball (5-players team), football (teams of 5-7-10 players), Yoga session and Hip-hop. This is all in a social and competitive framework that appreciates diverse capabilities of women.
Note: All women can participate individually
All participants must show their Green Al Hosn Pass to enter.
