FBMA in cooperation with Noon Consultancy is proud to launch the third session of its sport journalism workshop on
“The Basics of Equestrian Journalism”
Taking place on the margins of the FBMA International Show Jumping Cup 2018, the workshop builds on experience from last year’s inaugural session and offers participants and in-depth overview of the essential skillset students in journalism and media need to develop to make successful sports reporters, in specific in relation to equestrian sports.
The workshop on "The Basics of Equestrian Journalism” is part of FBMA’s series of sport journalism workshops that is envisaged to grow to include all sports FBMA currently hosts international events in.
Target participants group:
Students and graduates of Journalism and Media studies.
Objectives:
Equip students with the basic tools and rules they need to succeed in journalistic writing and draw their attention to the appropriate way of reporting different sports.
Provide students with the right methods of journalistic writing in equestrian sports and show jumping in particular.
