Description
Based on the national strategy for women adopted by the country and directed H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and Chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood "Mother of the Nation” to empower women.
In recognition of her active role and contributions in all areas of society, The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with Al Mubarakah Foundation and Abu Dhabi Ladies Club, Organize various activities to celebrate International Women's Day on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 4:00 pm inthe Abu Dhabi Ladies Club.
Programmes:
A joy tour presented by Coach Aisha Al-Naqbi
a certified coach in self-empowerment and personal strengths, she is interested in the field of self-development and personal strengths. She seeks to spread awareness about positivity and how to adopt a correct lifestyle to reach the desired happiness.
Workout sessions: Zumba
Presented by trainers from the Abu Dhabi Ladies Club.
