About the Seminar:
The lecture aims to educate the employees of government entities about the importance of differentiating between a snack and a full meal. A detailed explanation of the importance of the body for a full meal and a light meal and the hours during which meals are eaten during working hours. And what are the meals that help the employees to increase their productivity at work time.
