FBMA application

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

When signing up or while using our application and participating in various activities, you will be asked to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Your personal information will be logged and saved on our servers for the purpose of identifying you or contacting you or logging and tracking transactional services.

The PII shall include the following information:

General information

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Emirates ID or Govt ID number
  • Sports interests
  • Marketing Opt-in

Health data

  • Height
  • Weight

Usage data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the application and includes:

  • Your IP address and geolocation to identify the country you are accessing the application from;
    Personal identifying information, such as name and contact details, as detailed supra and if voluntarily provided;
    The type and version of the browser you use;
  • The visited pages of our service (number of times you visited or interacted with our app and the features you interacted with);
  • The date and time you accessed the application.

We may collect other information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you downloaded the application on, your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our service or when you access the service by or through a mobile device; the below list can provide a non-exclusive enumeration of the contents of usage data:

  • Hardware model;
  • Information about the operating system and its version;

We may automatically gather and store certain technical information while you use our application, such as the screens you accessed and the transactions you made. This information is collected with the intent to understand your needs and help you to access information better.

To provide a better user experience, we have activated data statistics tools in the app that won't collect users’ health data or privacy data but will be used for crash targeting and A/B testing for new features and designs. The statistical tools process the following details:

  • Device system information
    • OS name, version, and build
    • Time zone
    • System language
    • Carrier name and nationality

    • Locale
    • Country area
  • Application information
    • App name and build
    • App version number
    • SDK name and version

The Company, with the intent of facilitating your experience in availing our services and keeping you updated, may use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain and monitor the usage of our service.
  • To contact you by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or news related to the app’s functionalities, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about services and events which we offer unless you have opted not to receive such information.

You can always disable this type of notification by turning them off in your device’s settings or within the settings section of the FBMA application.

Payment Data

Our application provides you with the option to pay for multiple services. We do not collect or store any of the financial data such as credit card details.

Information Security

FBMA has appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that has been posted. These measures cover commercial software programs and secure technology infrastructure to monitor network traffic, authenticate legitimate users and identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Law enforcement 

Under certain circumstances, the company may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
